Un alojamiento decente en una ubicación ideal
La casa se encuentra en una ubicación ideal, a poca distancia de la impresionante playa de Razo, y cerca de servicios como bares, panadería y tienda de alimentación. La finca es amplia y dispone de elementos de ocio y confort tales como piscina cubierta, barbacoa cubierta, pista de skate, mesa de ping pong, cama elástica, césped bien cuidado y plazas de aparcamiento. La casa es amplia también, suficiente para acoger a un grupo grande (16-18 huéspedes), si bien es antigua y algunos elementos no se han reformado: ventanas sin marquetería, climatización pobre (innnecesaria en verano, todo sea dicho), persianas viejas y una escalera de caracol peligrosa para acceder a las habitaciones del piso superior. Otros elementos son también mejorables: los sofás comunes son algo incómodos, las neveras de baja calidad, y en la cocina de gas hay dos fogones que no funcionan bien. Los anfitriones, por otra parte, demostraron su total disposición para que la estancia fuera lo más agradable posible. En conjunto, una ubicación excelente y una casa apta con un precio por encima de sus prestaciones.

Un poco caro para lo que ofrece
Hemos pasado 7 días en agosto un grupo de 16 personas, 5 matrimonios con 6 adolescentes. Cosas que nos han gustado: - situación muy buena, al lado de una playa impresionante. - muy amplia, no notamos falta de espacio. Hay sitio para aparcar dentro de la propiedad 5 coches o más. - buena equipación en general, lavadora, secadora, menaje de cocina, etc. - piscina grande cubierta y limpia. - la propietaria muy atenta y amable. Cosas que no nos han gustado: - Había una habitación cerrada en la planta baja que nos venía bien porque había dos minusválidos en el grupo, pero nos cobraron más por abrirla. Bien es cierto que la reserva era para 15, y al final se apuntó otra persona más. - El acceso a los pisos superiores es por una escalera de caracol muy estrecha e incómoda. Al primer piso también se puede subir por una escalera exterior. Menos mal que pusimos a los más jóvenes en el piso más alto, solo accesible por el interior. - Los armarios de la cocina desprendían un mal olor a humedad, como si hubieran estado mucho tiempo cerrados. - Solo hay 3 baños dentro de la casa, uno por planta. En la planta baja ducha con cortinas, y en la primera ducha con mampara. Sin ducha arriba. Para tantas personas se nos quedó algo escaso. - La electricidad se saltaba continuamente, parece que hay poca potencia contratada, o tienen algún problema. - El agua de la piscina estaba helada, así que no la utilizamos prácticamente. En resumen, aunque hemos estado bastante bien, nos ha parecido que la relación calidad/precio es algo baja.
