"Pre-arrival check-in process was fast, simple and allowed me to check-in whilst in my uber transferring from the airport. The digital key was a great feature, but sometimes impractical. The only negative for me during this stay was the noisy garbage chute right outside my apartment door. Many many positives however, it’s a new building, very we’ll, decorated and maintained and very helpful and friendly staff assisted me with several enquiries promptly. "

"After getting over the need to download an app, apply for the parking and use the phone app for entry (tricky for an old fart…), I found the room to be fine. Loved the rooftop pool and sauna. Woollies on site and enough eateries, so one there it is all pretty convenient."

"very good location, very clean rooms. i made a mistake of taking the stairs after parking the car at the parking area. doors leading to stairs only opens from the outside, once inside, only way to get out is walk down to ground level to take the emergency exit."

"The location for us was perfect and so close to many different food options and shopping. The hotel was quiet. The only thing is some items in the unit could be updated the dryer did not work, and could do with an update of the linen - pillows and the bed was not the greatest Overall a good place to stay if you want close to the hub in Fortitude Valley and the City. Also the staff were lovely "

"Very easy check in instructions provided on morning of arrival. Essentially a QR code is provided to access the main drive in gate and keys obtained from Reception. No signage however photo with instructions provided which made it really clear as to where reception is. Property modern however very minimal kitchen glasses / cups etc. Property could do with a deep clean however not too bad. Walking distance to shopping centre. Would stay again. "
