"This property though simple was an excellent value. Rooms were clean. Parking was plentiful. Included breakfast was very good. Easy walk to the fortress. The only downside was the laundry. With only one machine with a very small drum and many long-term residents, I would not count on the machine's availability. If you need to do laundry, there is a very good commercial one about a half-mile from the hotel. "

I would recommend it for its proximity to the town and the value that it gives, but my only hesisation would be due to the communication with the manager. The entry code never arrived the day before and in fact I along with another client were left standing outside the building trying to get the code from the owner. I had rang him twice already that morning...

"Location is excellent. We rented a car and travelled to Monticello Carlo, Cannes, and Marseille. Visited several wine houses in the area Limouix etc. Recommend Le Table de la Vatican and Le Divine Comedie near the rental. The rental is large and building old which offers character and takes you back in time But it needed to be aired out-musty; it was cold but host was unable to change and no smart tv. Overall, a good place to stay"

"You enter through a lush garden, the house decor is art deco, spacious dining/living room, plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, etc… The host, Sylvie, lives in the adjacent property, but everything remains very private. Silvia is a wonderful host, patiently shared info about local sites, grocery shopping, restaurants. It is an easy 10 minute walk to grocery , restaurants, and other shopping. We stayed a week, but could have easily done a longer stay. Highly recommended for up to 6 people. "
