"Easy to find. Very pleasant staff. We ate in the restaurant and the food was very good. Breakfast was also very good will stay there again "

"If you arrive by car in the dark then its not easy to see the driveway to the Reception nor where you can actually park. You have to go in and ask! Very friendly and informative staff so first class in that respect. Room was fine and good enough but noisy smoking neighbours in next room on the adjoining balcony. Restaurant staff great. Usual disappointing menu but typical french fayre and they still dont know what a well done steak is! "

"When we arrived at 3pm per our check in instructions, we were told the room would not be available until 5-530pm. Floors were dirty and the room is in need of updates. People at the front desk were friendly but did not speak any English. Although stated on hotels.com that English was spoken. "

"Service was excellent. We had anticipated a lake view but most of the hotels lake view is blocked by a public indoor pool structure so that was disappointing. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean."

"Lovely room and great setting on a small lake. There is however a storm drain that a child could easily access and fall into. Recovery would be doubtfull!"
