"Peaceful, remote, cosy, romantic, well equipped. This is exactly what we wanted for our mini-honeymoon in late summer. Dream view and location. Loved the two hot and cold spa baths, the comfortable bed/pillows, and the cooking utensils. Strongly recommend buying all groceries in advance, the closest shops are a 20 min drive down long windy narrow roads (including essentials - oil, salt, sugar etc.) We cooked all of our own meals, so happy to not have to go into town. "The outside of the property is lovely. The pool is fabulous with a good seating area, however, we did have to clean the pool ourselves which we've never had to do at any other property we have rented. The interior of the house is very old and could do with having a thorough clean. There were a lot of cobwebs and some of the kitchen utensils weren't very clean. There was also a smell of soot in the lounge which exacerbated my daughters asthma so we chose not to use that room. Part of the house...
