We had a fantastic stay. The location is amazing. The cottage is lovely and really cosy. The kitchen is well equipped although you will need to bring basics like salt and pepper with you. There was a nice welcome parcel of chocolate and wine and long-life milk though. It is incredibly quiet and restful especially in the evenings and early mornings when it feels like you have the entire wildlife reserve to yourselves. There are so many fantastic walks to go on and so many beautiful views on the reserve. We wouldn’t hesitate to return except for one thing, but quite an important thing. We found the double bed extremely uncomfortable. It is impossible for one person to turn over without waking the other because the springs are so noisy and it is not comfy to lie on and certainly not in keeping with the otherwise romantic surroundings.
