"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."

"Great stay. We arrived to a warm greeting after a much delayed train trip. Reception gave us good advice on places to visit, eat, get groceries. I left my ipad behind and they contacted me immediately so I hadn't left the station. Great service."

"After checking reviews of this place I was a bit worried but overall we did enjoy our stay. We are family of 4 and stayed 7 nights in bungalow. Accommodation was spacious and clean however very outdated. AC only in the bedroom so kids who were sleeping in living/dining area complained of a heat. This is a sport complex which is available to the public so at the weekends quite busy. But plenty of sun beds so no issue with finding a spot. Big swimming pool, however swimming cups are necessary....

"The place is clean BUT, all the necessities that you needed is not provided, no soap, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, paper towel etc. Pool is close at 8pm, what the heck your on vacation and after a long day outside you want to relax on the pool but it is close. And one more thing no air conditioning, you have to pay 5euro/day. All of these should have provided with no extra cost. "

"The house was lovely and the weather (in Oct) wonderful - temperatures of 25/30 deg C all week! The sliding windows made it easy to step out and enjoy the outside space. Our thanks to Marcello’s wife who baked a delicious cake for us, and for the excellent bottle of wine! We had a delightful stay and were very comfortable in this house. "

"The apartment was very clean and right on the water. It was truly beautiful. When we booked this apartment was not available, but we stayed in another spot in the same property. Bozena met us at the apartment and explained which grocery stores she uses, which restaurants she recommends and using a map described the area location and all the major sites. Every historical site in the city is a short walk from the apartment. We were in Sicily for 2 weeks and took a bus to Catania and a train to Cefalù. The train/bus station is a 30mn walk from the apartment....

"We had a wonderful stay at Casa Petra! We appreciate them letting us check in early since our flight got in early in the day. The apartment is in a very busy area. It was a little loud at night, but we kept the windows closed and it didn't bother us. We had 4 adults and 2 teens and stayed for 2 nights. "Excellent hotel. I have a gluten sensitivity and am also a diabetic on a blood sugar sensor. I am nearly impossible to feed. There were abundant gf options on the breakfast buffet, and I was also able to get a hot gf breakfast prepared for me. The omelets were delicious, and I could get a cappuccino every morning, all included. The wait staff was knowledgeable about gluten and kept me safe. I got a hot stone massage at the hotel spa. It was excellent, and inexpensive. In general, the hotel is beautiful, and architecturally interesting. My room was very comfortable, and the view from my room is in the hotel brochure. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Fantastic boutique hotel/BB. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the welcome was great. Our room was large, clean and well appointed. We were overlooking the street below, with a cute balcony. Noise levels were fine, even with live music and a vibrant nightlife on the doorstep (just make sure you close the door properly!) We'll be back to Palermo, and we'll be back to Boutique B&B Vintage too! "

"This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was centrally located next to a large square. Our room had a fantastic view of the palazzo. The area was great for walking, and there were high-end stores nearby. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Rooftop dining had an excellent atmosphere and good service. "
