"Reception staff very helpful room was clean modern bright with all amenities"

"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"The location is great. Carpark was close by and free. But unfortunately they were the only positives. Bed linen and towels were not provided. Despite no mention of this when booking. But most disappointing was the cleanliness."

"Nous avons passé un super moment dans ce gîte ! Très reposants, les hôtes sont forts sympathiques et disponibles si besoin de quoi que ce soit. Je recommande pour les groupes d'amis ou de familles qui souhaitent se retrouver et passer un moment agréable. Un grand merci. "

"Wifi was 30 Euros for the week. Bedding + towels + tax 107 Euros. Distance about 200m from the ski lifts and 125m from Supermarket and restaurants. Ample free parking outside. Sauna was hot 90 C and pool had plastic liner (though satisfactory). Always busy after 3pm. Ski passes 195 Euros / 6 days. Room could have been cleaner. Staff don't speak English. Ski lockers too small to store boots. Impressive ski area (2nd visit) but you need good snow to enjoy the most."

"Our party included 2 families of 4 and on arrival we met Jean the owner who was extremely helpful from the off! Going over the property for us and recommending places to visit in the local area. The property was clean, spacious and well equipped, the local area is stunning and peaceful. So much to see and the views are beautiful of the surrounding vineyards and hills, The swimming pool was well kept and the kids found it great fun A great family-sized farmhouse, surrounded by gorgeous rolling...

Jean Pierre and Basanti were the most welcoming and attentive of hosts. The location is superb, with views to the Pyrenees on a clear day and a large garden that encourages a wide range of amazing butterflies. The pool is well tended and has spacious new decking and furniture for relaxing. The villa is very comfortable, with all the amenities needed and stays cool...

"It was as good as anybody would want. The weather was not kind which usually means you start finding fault but we didn't. Very comfortable and close to all amenities. The flock of sheep and huge guard dog were endlessly entertaining. Very nice hosts."

"17 of us just spent a wonderful week at Christian’s place. It’s in a spectacular setting with loads of space, comfortable beds and great facilities. Highly recommended."

"It does what it says on the tin, unpretentious delivery of what you need somewhere comfortable and clean to sleep. Some of the facilities are a bit plastic, but that's what you expect. Shower a bit small, but again what you expect. Very limited range of options for dinner locally - albeit food in (effectively self-service) Crescendo was good value."

"Absolutely terrific stay, just loved it. We stayed for one night while driving through France. The hotel looks just like the photos, it is charming and comfortable. I recommend getting the charcuterie board and a bottle of wine and taking it to the garden or side balcony. This was a highlight of the trip. "
