"Our stay was perfect. There are many good things about the place. Room was clean, had a big water bottle that is refilled every day. Parking is easy and very close to the room and FREE!. Has a lot of outdoor seating areas which were very nice with fireplaces and outdoor heaters. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast is something you dont want to miss, great food, fresh and tasted amazing. Place is close to many nice restaurants and art galleries. Oh and the place is dog friendly! "

"A lovely hotel staffed by incredibly lovely people. Book directly with the hotel instead of using Expedia, of which my estimation has been dropping like a box of bricks since they gobbled up hotels.com. No customer service, misleading room listings, your stay points really accumulate slowly— it’s the American way. And they put their staff in impossible situations when clients are dissatisfied. When do I get to review our corporate overlords instead of the people trying to work for them? I have so much more to say, but let me just stop and say ‘really great hotel with hard working staff ‘"
