Prime Location 1 Bedroom 1 Bath!

Watch the sunset on your private porch! This back house cottage is just 1 block from the beach and one block from the inlet sound. Close to the boardwalk and the famous Britts donuts!

This is an awesome tiny 200 square feet mother in law suite, complete with a microwave and refrigerator! We are a streaming only site with free wireless internet

All Linens and towels are provided. Just bring your swim suit and flip flops!
This back cottage has tons of outdoor space. Also includes a grill.

You can have the option of renting the full home to have a 4 bed 2 bath home if needed!

This cottage was AMAZING
This was one one the BEST places ive ever stayed it looked EXACTLY like the pictures, it was very close to EVERYTHING, watching the sunrise was AMAZING, and julie was great and very easy to communicate with!! I 100 percent recommend, I plan to return in the winter!!!

I loved the location, it was a block from the inlet and a block from the beach. Fishing pier about 4 blocks down so I could go fish. Owner was very polite and answered any questions we had. Loved our stay and we will be back!!

Anniversary stay
We found the property to be just as described! However we were pleased to find that the beach was even closer than we expected! The outside space at the home is very pleasant and we enjoyed our time in the yard area very much. Carolina Beach itself is a wonderful area with so much to do! We recommend Carolina Beach State Park for some nice walking trails off the beach as well. My wife and I certainly hope to make this a regular destination for our anniversary and would be thrilled to book with Julie again!

Perfect for couples retreat
My husband and I needed a vacation and this home was perfect. So much better than a hotel. You have a private deck that is marvelous. The walk to the beach is only a block. Suite is set up perfectly. We can’t wait to return. The owners are also very helpful and attentive. Thanks for allowing us to staying in your home

We were accused of smoking inside the room and on the property by the people staying in the house attached to what we stayed in. We do not smoke at all and this ruined our stay. We will no longer come back/stay with this listing again.

Needs cleaned!
The carpet is filthy! Stained and disgusting. The refrigerator barely opens because its low against the carpet. There are bug splatter on the ceiling which I only realized what it was after I added to the collection of them. The toilet runs. Internet access is dependant on those in the larger apartment not flicking the wrong switch and is sometimey due to distance from the source. The TV is old, off brand and has no hdmi ports so no Chromecast or Roku. And finally there is no mailbox! How is this space being marketed to long-term renters during off seasons without something as basic as a way to retrieve mail? Made holiday shopping horrid! On a brighter note, the location is wonderful for beach lovers like myself and the layout is perfect for a single traveler. The space has so much potential! The place simply needs to be taken care of.
