Some of the facilities didn't always seem open, such as the restaurant, and there wasn't a proper bar as you would normally find in a hotel of this size, but overall a convenient option, clean, with good service and well placed for all the main attractions."

"We are coming to this hotel every year for our vacation. Great place, rooms are nice , spacious and clean. Breakfast amazing, delicious large area to accommodate everyone. "The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . All the bugs in the valley end entering through the open window. Breakfast is greasy and don’t expect any one to smile at you. Definitely , not worth the...
