Some staff are in a bad mud in the cafeteria , my tv cable never work for 8 nights , staff change modem but said is tigo fault , I called many times to front desk or room service nobody answer phone ! Very disappointed . Also when I call for reservati9n nobody answer phone , I have to use expedia to make reservation !

Another great stay... the staff is fantastic and ver accommodating. The pool is awesome. The room/suite we had was very spacious. Laundry service is great and fast.
