I had a lot of problems with my room since the beginning. Air conditioning not working properly: They fixed it 1 day after. Toilet not working : I had to use the trash can to collect water and fill the toilet tank because it couldn't fill itself. I had this problem for 3 days and I had it for 4 days. Lots of light from outside entering the room at night, not good curtains The pool area was not properly clean early in the morning.

they do not have a cart or staff to help us with our suitcases, there is no parking, the guest in front of us very noisy. They do not have any sitting in front of the hotel..there is a coffee shop that has chairs and tables however at 9pm, they are removed. So either we go to the room or we standup..as.tourist we are use to sit in front of the hotel

I felt like I was at home, very clean and comfortable, delicious breakfast. The customer service people are very friendly. I loved this place. It is very close to all the activities. They also have tours within the hotel for you to choose from. I will definitely return to this hotel.
