"Hotel has great facilities, but it has poor cleanness. we found, at least, 30 bugs inside our apartment. We had to remove the bugs several times as they coming out from somewhere we could not find. In addition, closest and other places in the rooms where not clean and smelly. We report the issues at check out as we checked in late afternoon, were going to stay for one night, and did not want to have other people coming into our apartment to clean."

"We stayed in this home for a cycling vacation around Girona. The home is even more beautiful than in the pictures. We were a group of 3 and we had more than enough space. There was a bottle of wine, a big box of cookies/snacks and plenty of coffee pods waiting for us at the home. While we enjoyed our quiet time at the house, just a very short walk takes you to Monells medieval village. This village is a must see! You will not be disappointed with this home."

"House was spacious and pool was good - although it would have benefitted from steps rather than a ladder. Much of the grounds and the house itself needs some money spent - like so many rental properties owners are happy to take the money but not to spend it updating their property. As an example the TV was probably 20 years old. The cutlery was similarly old. The pillows provided were pretty grim. All little things but they do impact on enjoyment. Access to the property was by quite a few steps...

"We really enjoyed our stay in La Rectoria, The house's very thick walls and spaciousness enabled us to relly enjoy our time there. The gardens are beautiful and the pool was a big plus. The only reasons I did not give it 5 stars is that it has only 2 bathrooms even though it sleeps 24 persons so it would be helpful to have a separate toilet and sink on the lower floor. "Lovely property on a hillside but only about 15 - 20 mins walk into the Old Town, which is stunning. Very comfortable villa, enjoyed the table tennis in particular as teens loved the competition and it broke up the time around the lovely pool. Walk in to town is a work out but helped balance out the extra food and drink you're likely to indulge in, whilst on holiday. Lluis very helpful and gave us lots of tips about the location. "The hosts Helen and Joan are lovely and very helpful. This is a great location for exploring this lovely area. The swimming pool was great for a dip and the cottage is as described. Very peaceful and rural. We took a few days to adjust as it is rustic and local mossies liked to bite us! Fab restaurant La Trobada a few mins away and lovely walks nearby through Walnut orchards.
