Our family met up in Cartersville for a mini-reunion, and this condo worked out really well for the small group of us who planned to stay for a few days. The owner was easy to work with, and the split-level design worked out really well.

The Cartersville Townhouse was very clean. The 3-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath was very spacious. It's in a nice, quiet community. Thank you to the property manager, Brian, for making check-in and check-out so seamless. I would definitely rent this property again.

Bed on 1st floor sqeaked with every move. Sofa cushions were not comfortable. Otherwise it was a good place to stay. Update the furniture and it would be a five star rating.

Brian was a great host and the condo was immaculate. This is a great place to stay for a long term corporate rental with all of the amenities you need and for a great price. Location is close to the highway, shopping and entertainment.

Property was great, owner was great at communication, easy to get into and out of neighborhood, great quiet location, condo was perfect for our stay. We will be visitiing again in 2024 for a wedding and will definitely book this condo.

Nice area/neighborhood! Overall, townhouse was great! Stayed for a baseball tournament, which was only 10 - 15 minutes up the street! Pretty much anything needed/wanted was close by. A little miscommunication / misunderstanding with me and host but he was quick to help resolve - which I appreciate more than ever (did not affect the stay). Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely do so again!

The condo is in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the interstate and all the services we needed. It is very clean and very well maintained with a nicely stocked kitchen. The 3 bedroom /3 bath combo gives everyone plenty of privacy, with 2 separate seating /tv areas. A fine place - we had a lovely stay!

We enjoyed this spacious condo! Easy to find and a perfect location for our family gathering. Everything is well done...clean, up to date, comfortable. Love the extra bathrooms. There is a open feeling about the condo in common areas, but nice privacy in bedrooms. Recommend highly!

This condo was very spacious, immaculate and perfect for us. It was so nice having a bathroom in every bedroom. Brain was extremely responsive with everything and anything. The washer and dryer were put to use with baseball uniforms. Depending on the time of day it took us 10-15 minutes to get to Lakepoint, which made our lives that much easier. It is tucked away in a very quiet area but 10 minutes from anything you can possibly need. I would stay again 100%%%% Thanks again for opening up your beautiful home.

Rented this property from Mr. Guy over the holidays for my family to be together. Not only was Mr. Guy accommodating and friendly but his property was clean, neat, organized, and well stocked. There wasn't a single thing needed during our stay. Highly recommend this property and property owner to anyone looking to stay in the Cartersville area.

We had a wonderful time with family. The house was very clean and homey! The kitchen was very well stocked. Brian was an awesome host. He offered great advice on things to do on the area and responded quickly and efficiently to any and all questions we had. We stayed here last year Memorial day weekend and decided this was our place for the summer of 2023. We booked for Memorial day weekend again and enjoyed every moment of it. There is plenty of space for everyone and the property is well maintained. Brian is a Great host and always is available if issues arise. We have already booked for later this summer. This was a great townhome for 2 weeks of baseball. It’s the perfect location for playing at lake point as the field is less than 10 minutes away. Kitchen was nicely stocked with cutlery and pans. Neighborhood was right off the interstate and close to a Walmart for any items/groceries you might need, and there is a buc-ees 20 minutes north!! I would definitely recommend this home!

We have a elderly family member in Cartersville, and try to visit 3 or 4 times a year. This home was the best fit for our visit so far. It was well stocked, conveniently located, spacious with one and a half bathrooms on the first floor along with the master. Large table for family meals . Great internet and TV satellite. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked well very important to us coming from Colorado with less heat and a lot less humidity. Will definitely try to book for our next trip
