"We came in town for a hair class. Thought we would be able to walk to places to eat from the property but we could not. We were able to get an Uber, so that was nice. The house was set up differently than expected but it worked. It is a very drafty old house and the upstairs got FREEZING. The couch is not comfortable at all and I would not have wanted to sleep on it. There are no extras at this rental at all. Make sure to bring your own body wash. It also smells like pets."

"This was a great, quiet stay. There was a lot of attention to detail for our little one: baby monitors, white noise machine, baby-proofed cabinets. We were even gifted a kit to make smores in the firepit. I'd come back for sure!"

"We rented the home for a surprise 80th birthday party for my husband's mom. Everyone loved the house. We had great grandkids racing in the front yard and the older generation played hacky sack out back. There was plenty of room in the kitchen to prep the lunch and display the cake. Mama loved exploring the home and the little articles about the houses history. She loves old structures. A wonderful place for her party and great memories for all the family."

"Original house booked not cleaned. Was moved to another place a couple miles away (which was fine) however that place sadly had no heat the first night. They did bring space heaters for each room, but they kept kicking the breaker. Hard to get warm."
