The location was perfect - 2 mins from the beach, opposite the taxi rank and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The hotel was clean and most of the staff were friendly. Good pool area with plenty of seating and access to bar with snacks. Good choice of food at breakfast buffet. Overall a really nice place to stay but a few odd and small gripes: only 2 teabags are provided for the entire stay and no milk or teaspoons; you cannot self serve water at breakfast - the server was quite aggressive when I tried to pour a glass; when the bar closes guest are not allowed to continue sitting outside. Really odd! But overall the good far outweighed the bad.

Most services tend to cater more for the German market
Good excellent generally though vegetarian options limited
Meat range was exceptional
Would stay again but would like a broader range of vegetarian options at dinner.

Very enjoyable 2 week stay on half board basis as a family of 5. Comfortable and clean room, friendly and attentive staff, impressive dining options, lovely garden setting close to all amenities, no issues with parking. Special mention to Claire at the kids pool who kept our children entertained with lots of fun activities (arts and crafts, pool games, music sing-a-long with live piano and guitar etc). Would highly recommend and will probably return.

The hotel was a lovely old convent that is up a quiet alley just off the main area. The staff were wonderful. The breakfast offered lots of choice and there is an outside courtyard that has tables, couches, heaters and a staff that caters to you. The room was very clean and really quiet. We were on the third/top floor and there is an open deck on the roof that was not available in March. We really enjoyed everything about this property. When we left, there was a bag with breakfast for us.

"I stayed here last year with my cousins and we still talk about this place! I have never loved a hotel more. The breakfast every morning was great and I loved our room. The most beautiful views I have ever seen! Would come here every year!"
