"The property was even better than represented. The outdoor pool area and Cucina was where we lived. Davide arranged for a wonderful meal our first night. He was very responsive and provided us with many recommendations. In particular the resto in Gasperina was incredible. The area beaches and the sea were delightful to spend time at. "Roomy third floor apartment located near shopping, grocery stores and the beach. The host was easily reached through VRBO or WhatsApp with timely responses. Comfortably safe area to walk around after dark. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. There is a washing machine but clothes need to be hung out on provided drying racks. If traveling to Soverato by bus, follow the directions given by the host as we did not and ended a up walking well out of our way. We would absolutely stay there again."

"The staff at Il Nocchiero are very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 5 nights in a corner room with wrap around deck which was lovely. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and to restaurants. Breakfast was sumptuous with many options. A big plus was the private parking which made it easy for taking day trips.
