"Absolutely great place. Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean, modern room, comfy bed. Some didn’t like the gray theme, but that's the trend. Didn't bother us as everything else was top notch. Elevator, underground car park and only 20 minutes from Verona. Easy drive. Highly recommend. And based on the person that checked us in, spent the next night in Bardolina on the largest lake in Italy. We had no idea. "

"This villa is lovely and old and very spacious. The hosts are beyond charming and so helpful. We were able to enjoy being in the country while also being very proximate to cities, towns, wine tasting and other activities, like hilltop hiking. The kitchen was not the most convenient for home cooking for Americans used to a more modern kitchen, but we managed. Our hostess made our first dinner, which was so nice and so delicious. This is an optional add-on. "

"Daniele was a great host and very easy to communicate with. His house is lovely and features his own artwork. There isn’t much nearby his house other than a couple of small cafes and pizzerias so be prepared to commute to city center for meals and such (20-30 minutes by bus). But I would definitely stay here again"

"5 girlfriends stayed for a week and it was fabulous ~ We were greeted with a tray of cannelloni’s on the dining room table! The house was clean and spacious. A very quiet country location. We each had our own bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes though it could use more dish towels and some hot pads/oven mitts. It was nice to have a washing machine and clothes line. "We had a lovely holiday at this VRBO. The property manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment is very efficient. The interior design is beautiful. It is clear that they put a lot of effort into the design. We had plenty of room to relax inside and outside. The exterior fenced area is small but definitely adequate and we were welcome to walk the dogs through the vineyard. Absolutely beautiful place and we have shared it with family and friends."

Definitely stay in this piazza

"This is THE place to stay! This piazza is the main place in the whole of Mantua, and you'll be right next to everything. I was charmed to find myself in a room the size of an apartment, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. I was less than charmed to find out that the Italian passion for saving energy meant that the washing machine and stove are turned off unless one stays for a month. I thought I was in a loft, but it turned out I could hear the people above me rearranging furniture until late each night, but other than that, it was charming and perfect."
