"Let me start out by saying getting to the Hotel is not the easiest. The hotel will send you a message telling you to call when you get to the area and they will guide you in a GPS will not navigate inside the city. What the message should include is "Via Vittorio Veneto, 44, 70022 Altamura BA, Italy" this is the entrance. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the staff is friendly and helpful. Valet parking is very convenient. We were in room 102 for 5 nights. The bed mattress felt like we were rolling...

Breakfast could be better with more local produce. I would rate the hotel a fair option. Area is not as interesting as it is marketed. Dining options are also not rich, mostly fast food."

"What to say about this place , the people really make the place very welcoming and always willing to help. Nice clean room, nicely decorated , typical Italian breakfast with home made cakes, it’s a lovely family run hotel less than 10 minute walk to the UNESCO world heritage site and restaurants.
