"Clean rooms"

"I was looking for an easy one night stay and this met the value point. Rooms were very clean, USB ports, good condition, 24hr coffee, and soap/shampoo. Main areas were dated, but clean. No common areas. Small gym space with 2 treadmills and TV. Basic breakfast option. Plenty of parking, but tight lot. I would stay again for a quick night."

"The bathroom floor had water damage, but everything else was great, especially the staff; they are very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was great as well."

"The Berkman is a very modern hotel. Wonderful for short or long term stays. Rooms are well insulated, you don’t hear your neighbors. We had a one bedroom suite. Very nice kitchen facilities, fully equipped. Comfy bed and sofa. Nice balcony. Dog friendly, sixth floor has a dog relief area and even a dog bath. Highly recommended."

"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We have stayed here before and will stay here again. "

"The breakfast was good with many different choices but the rooms are worn. The plumbing leaked and the toilet barely flushed."

"Room was clean. Kind of small. Very quiet. Little disappointed there's no in house breakfast. Parking is expensive "

"I went for one night during daylight savings. Told front desk that will check out late at exactly at noon but housekeeping knocking at the door at 11:02am and opened the door after two knocks. I didn’t answer since I was sleeping and had to get up told her I have the heads up already that we are going to be late check out. I’m a little pissed but I guess I should have put “DND” outside the door. But overall, great hotel to stay around the area compared to other areas if you’re in budget."

"Room was clean, check in process quick, free parking and breakfast. We found the bed comfortable. It is an older property which is showing in areas like the walls and ceiling. Nothing that would stop us from returning though!"
