Quanto à piscina, funciona sob agendamento e é preciso pagar pelas toalhas usadas, já que não se pode usar as toalhas do quarto. "

"Ficamos em um quarto triplo, uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro. Estávamos em três, foi preciso pedir mais uma toalha de banho, só haviam duas, a maçaneta da porta do banheiro estava solta, sem o pino, tive de eu mesmo abrir com uma outra chave. A cortina do box precisa ser trocada e faltou um tapete antiderrapante no piso do banheiro. Banho ótimo, com gás central. "The food at the in house restaurant was surprisingly good, a good assortment at the complimentary breakfast but it was the staff working there who were outstanding!!! The price of the accommodations does not reflect the value. We stayed for 12 nights and will gladly return on our next visit to Port Alegre."

"They are great! Great food and staff, I actually love in here. Too bad the swimming pool is closed :( but it would be nicer soon! Towels smells great! Amazing shower pressure and very safe. I’ll come back! Let me repeat, the staff is amazing! Same people from last year, this is even better! They have apparently low staff rotation! "
