"10 out of 10 rating. Excellent home offered more than imagined and we have rented thru VRBO and other agencies for several years. This tops places we have stayed in on Cape Cod! We really just needed to pack a suitcase. Everything is provided (minus a vac or a Dustbuster though for quick pickups) but we used the provided brooms. I did purchase a swifter to do the floors before we left as we normally do. A short walk to Kelly Beach in this quiet neighborhood is a great family oriented beach. Our two oldest grandchildren (4yrs) were much more acclimated this year for the ocean and loved jumping the waves and learning how to use their “surfboards” that they received for Christmas. This entire neighborhood is a great area for walking, running and riding bikes.One non beach day we went to Watch Hill and the kids loved riding the carousel. There’s a lot to do if you’re not a beach person. Jamestown Lighthouse park as well as Newport. A great show of fireworks on the evening of our departure ended our week at the beach, one week that our family is incredibly grateful for considering how our 2025 began. Homeowner Eric very communicative and ensured we could contact him at anytime. We certainly would come back to this area again. As our grandson age 4 said when he arrived, this is like a hotel Nana”. "House was perfect for our family. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Outdoor shower a plus. Quiet location at end of cul-de-sac. Second refrigerator a bonus…drinks kept cold which was great because our stay was during a heat wave. Beaches and restaurants galore! Chris was very easy to deal with."

"Visited the area for my daughter’s bachelorette party/ weekend away. We decided to rent a car instead of using uber . The travel back and forth to Newport is an easy drive ( 20 minutes). You will travel across two beautiful bridges with a great view . The house had very comfortable beds, updated air conditioning system, spotless and very comfortable. The house is also located in a lovely neighborhood that we walked around every morning. There’s also a nice backyard that’s fenced in with a fire pit and a grill. We also hired a private chef for a dinner at the house. Great communication from owners and easy to get in touch with when we needed too. "

"Came to attend and celebrate our daughter’s graduation from URI. Great location, the two level house was the perfect set up. The yard was ideal for our graduation party. Every other night we gathered around the fire pit. A truly memorable week with family. Tyler was so easy to work with and responded to all of our questions right away in she planning process. Highly recommend! "
