"We had a great stay, it was a good hotel to use as a base - but the room was very dated although the bathroom was lovely and new; the TV was unsafe hung on the wall, the balcony divider had been removed so we found someone outside our room smoking on several occasions, this made us then ensure that our balcony door was locked even when we were in the room."

"We arrived for check in late in the evening. The room type we had booked and paid for was not available, we were given another room in the adjacent building. The new room was adequate, and not in the best decorative condition. From the online description and images of the room we had booked it felt like the room we had been given was not of the same quality. The grout in the wall tiles of the bath area had black mould in it - easily rectifiable with bleach. We were offered two free drinks tokens...
