"This property is quaint and gives you an idea of how locals live in Rome. The property is on 2nd level, no elevator, so be prepared to carry luggage up. Great host Communication. I would stay again. Close walk to everything and a great restaurant below the apartment. My only complaint is the air fresheners since I am asthmatic strong air fresheners cause me an issue. We just put them all in one room and closed the door. communication."

The only thing I would recommend is adding the so-calleled foreign tax in the system, that way, it could be paid legally through the system and not having to pay out-of-pocket and cash at the time of arrival. That’s some thing that we did not appreciate. Also, the condo states that it is for up to eight people, but we were unsure...

"We booked this place on short notice as our prior VRBO booking in Rome cancelled with 2 days before arrival. I hope the description is innacurate due to the language barrier. "Terrific hosts, nice property and convenient location. Home comfortably accommodated 5 couples. Kitchen and living areas allowed the family to relax and enjoy time together after busy days of sight-seeing. The balcony was an added bonus - a most relaxing place to enjoy morning coffee. Hosts are very conscientious and kind. Genuinely cared about us having a good stay...and we sure did!"

"The stay in the hotel was good . I like the room was modern , service was good . Many people complained about noise but I stayed at 4th floor I can barely hear noise but I guess if you are in lower floor you will feel the noise . The breakfast was fine . The only complaint i have its about hot water , the hot water is inconsistent but is not a mayor issue for me"

"This is an excellent "budget" hotel. A short (5 min or so) walk from the Roma Termini train stations, and major attraction are also within a walking distance. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, plus multiple dining options right outside of the hotel. The only con is that the doors are very thin, and since our room was right next to the concierge desk, there was constant buzzing (all guests need to ring the door to enter the building). Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you for offering this opportunity to explore Rome! "
