"Property is located outside of core Monaco but only 15 minutes drive. You’ll need your own car I think. Unit has a good size. There is no breakfast and reception is closed for weekends. There is 1 or 2 vending machine for snacks only. No restaurants nearby because it’s all residential area. The staff were friendly. No daily room service during your stay. I did not need that of course as I traveled alone. There is an iron table but no iron available. There are basic cooking supplies, cutleries...

"Très grande maison, avec vue dégagée et imprenable sur 2 côtés, 1 salle d'eau, 2 wc, 1 salon, 2 chambres doubles, 1 cuisine séparée et un beau jardin avec vue.L'isolation de la maison est ancienne et l'électricité est en supplément (comme indiqué dans l'annonce). La maison est plus spacieuse que sur les photos et parfaitement propre. La communication et les procédures de check in / out sont très souples et agréables. Un très bon séjour !"

"Miguel is a wonderful host as is his wife Maria. Their bespoke room was perfectly equipped with everything you need for a self catering stay. Exceptionally clean. We shortened our stay as we had seen all we needed in Menton. Our only gripes are the many steps to climb back up to the room if you walk into town for an evening meal. "We had a very warm welcome from Massimo and his wife. The pool and patio areas to relax are wonderful. The accommodation was lovely and clean. The location is out of busy areas so you do need to drive. There is a lovely bread shop a 10 min walk from the villa. We were not aware at the time of booking that the pool is only available to use from 9am to 6pm and the owners live on the top floor of the villa. This was not an issue at all as we had full access to the pool which made our stay....
