"The villa and the grounds are wonderful, and the views are enchanting. We had a great time at Villa Staffieri as a multi-generational family of 8. Clearly a lot of thought and love has gone into the house. The village is an easy walking distance and it has a grocery store, cafe, a park with a plauground. The local pizzeria was unfortunately close while we were there, but it's set to re-open in August. There are several restaurants and pizzerias, as well as supermarkets, within short driving...

"if you want to de-stress, the villa in Monte Porzio is the place to be. A great view (certainly from the pool), no neighbors, but still not too far away from supermarkets and the seaside. The owner comes by every day to clean the pool. We could use the vegetables of the vegetable garden at the house and bought olive oil from the olive trees on the property. There is also a large table outside at the kitchen (not on the photographs) and the sleeping area is nicely air conditioned. So really nice...

In den zwei Einzelzimmern (Kinderzimmern) gibt es keine Klimaanlage, was bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur und locker 30 Grad Raumtemperatur dazu geführt hat, dass wir eine Matratze auf den Boden des Hauptschlafzimmers gelegt und so genächtigt haben - anders war es unzumutbar. "Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... Google maps are inaccurate and will tell you that you have to cross the tunnel of SS... this is not true and I recommend tat the hotel staff contact google to sort this out.
