"Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment with good internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Good quality (and quiet) air conditioning throughout and was much needed. Pool was clean and well looked after. Hosts live upstairs and were kind and helpful. Only drawback is the A8 motorway which can obscure the beautiful view of the valley and does have some noise which is only heard when outside the property. We had a great stay!"

The location is great, just across the road from the beach and promenade and just a few minutes walk from Menton Garavan station which made travelling from Nice airport super simple. We even managed a day in Italy as it is just one stop along the train line.
