"The staff at the hotel are great - super friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a king suite, which was large and comfortable. An extra perk was the sauna. We would definitely stay there again. The only downside was that the beds were very low to the floor, which made sitting and getting up/down a little challenging for us."

"Incredible location right at the top of the Spanish steps! *Note: if steps are not for you, this won’t be either. The metro is at the bottom of them. They very kindly let us check in super early, around 10am, so we could nap after our flight. The room with the patio is a MUST! Wish we’d stayed longer to use it more! Decent continental breakfast but they do have an excellent espresso machine. Extremely friendly staff. Would stay here anytime. "

"A lovely hotel in a beautiful and accessible location to get around the city easily. We enjoyed our stay, and it was very quiet and had a great breakfast daily. Short walk to many sites and restaurants, staff was very kind and helpful. I’d recommend Una Hotel. We look forward to our next visit. "

"The metro is very close down or up the hill where some local stores are! The staff was amazing and allowed my family to check in early with no issues after a day in half travel from the US! They also upgraded my room just because! Beds were extremely comfortable and my 4year old loved the tv channels in Italian, English and the arcade games in the restaurant!
