"Overall a good experience. However, I was there during the off-season (it's geared towards summer visitors) and some of the services changed their operating times. The market closed earlier, and the shuttle bus had a completely different schedule. This was not indicated *anywhere* on the signs posted on site or on their "app" (a webpage). "This is a good place to stay, spacious and modern right next door to museum Academia and a five minute walk to the Duoma. The only negative is the rooms were very hot, at night was 26c. "We stayed for few nights during tour of Italy. Very convenient and only few minutes walk from main train terminal, short enough to handle luggage on our own. Few minutes walk to main plazas and all attractions of Florence, with plenty of restaurant choices. Awesome rooftop restaurant with unforgettable view. Breakfast was very busy but somehow they made it easy with no wait. Staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel at home. We have recommended this hotel to many friends who have been traveling and we’ll definitely stay again during four next visit. "
