It’s an okay place, but they really need better customer service. Two bottles of water were supposed to be complimentary, but I didn’t receive them because I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door. I asked the front desk if I could still get the two bottles, but the lady said “no” because housekeeping couldn’t enter due to the sign. I said I would still like to have them, but she refused again. When I asked her if the water was supposed to be complimentary, she said “yes,” but still wouldn’t give them to me. I told her I didn’t understand the situation, and she responded, “It’s for you to understand.” She was very rude. After some back and forth, she finally took out two bottles from behind the desk and handed them to me. Overall, the staff are not proactive, and their responses are very short and unhelpful. I will never come back to this place.

Friendly approachable staff. Modern decor, fixtures and fittings. Gym and swimming pool. Free laundry facilities. Close to public transport into and out of CBD.

The setting for this hotel is beautiful; the employees are helpful and friendly; my room is lovely and has a balcony looking out at the bay, and the food is delicious.

Wonderful location just steps from the Leaning Tower, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. A truly enjoyable stay.
