The apartment offers a beautiful terrace at the entrance where you can enjoy breakfast or relax while enjoying the wonderful view of the pool and the lake; in fact, leaving Borgo Gasparina you will find yourself directly on the beach and on the promenade that connects Peschiera and Lazise. Both cities can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.
As soon as we enter we find a bright living area which includes a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, living room with sofa and TV and access to the small balcony overlooking the lake, the perfect place for an aperitif at sunset!
The open staircase in the living room leads to the attic floor where we find the other two double bedrooms and the second bathroom. Both bathrooms are complete with shower, toilet and bidet, to ensure maximum privacy, even if you are staying with another family.
The apartment is air-conditioned and the attic rooms are all equipped with opening skylights.
