"We had a party of 10, aged from 27 to 88. The setting was just perfect. The amenities are good, the villa I would decribe as rustic. For us the pool area was perfect. We took some Bluetooth speakers for some music. The Belvedere Restaraunt is 500 metres away and also has a great outlook and good food as reasonable prices. A car is essential, we only had one, which was enough for us. We all loved it, without exception."

"We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"

"I loved the layout of the room, parking is plentiful. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and there were restaurants nearby. The morning breakfast had variety but could use more fresh fruit, berries, nuts. We also had a hard time finding the road for the hotel and if you miss the exit in the freeway it takes 28 min to get back! But that could’ve just been us. Overall I would recommend!"

"The story of this amazing home goes back to the 1500. Many beautiful details at the same time sad to see the grounds are not looked after. Even winter grounds could be magnificent with proper care. The building itself needs lots of maintenance and the rooms need some updating, but the experience was great. We met beautiful people and that was priceless. "This is the second time I’ve stayed there, the first time for my cousins. It’s a lovely B&B, beautiful views of Rome in the distance. Walkable to the center of town very safe and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough for this lovely place to stay in Tivoli. Bellissimo!"

"Hotel is known for its spa, which we didn’t use, but its close proximity to the Villa d’Este in Tivoli and the regional train to Rome is a huge plus. Great breakfast, very inexpensive underground parking, and great staff make this hotel a very nice place to stay. Inexpensive alternative to Rome hotels but still very convenient. "

"It was a disappointment that the pool was closed when we arrived. This was the attraction for me to book this hotel. The restaurant for dinner was beautiful. Staff attentive and food great. Highly recommend the dinner here. Breakfast we found very underwhelming. No honey left. no yoghurt left, only a few pieces of bread available. Choice of cornflakes or chocolate flakes. No fresh fruit at all. This was at 8.30am Kitchen staff obviously weren't in kitchen - no hot food. Huge variety of beautiful cakes for breakfast, unfortunately cake for breakfast is not for everyone. We had to go to reception to find service to get coffee/tea."
