Casa Maria - Houses at the Castle

Independent house in the historic center of Castelsardo, in the spirit and magic of the medieval castle.
A unique place for an unforgettable stay.

The space
The house has 3 floors:

Ground floor - entrance with living area plus a small bath.
First floor - a bedroom and a shared bathroom.
Second floor - bedroom including living area and closet kitchen.

*Both rooms each have a Dyson Pure Cool cooler/air purifier.
The room on the second floor is also equipped with fixed wall air conditioning (Samsung 12,000 BTU - split system) and a ceiling fan.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all areas of the house.

The house will be rented entirely to a single family, friends or couples.

Occupancy tax: €1.00 per person per night
*only for the first 7 nights
*to be paid directly to the host

Upon request, arrange:
Daily boat tours with skippers;
Airport transfer (Alghero / Olbia).

The family running this meticulously restored property is professional, reliable, and responsive. Matching the quality of the hosts is the property’s character and detail. My family truly enjoyed every aspect of this home. Wonderfully comfortable beds, a functional and serviceable kitchen, and lounging areas that are incredibly pleasant. The location is simply ideal to access every highlight of Castelsardo. Highly recommended.
