Ottima soluzione per godersi la montagna da vicino. Accoglienza ottima, come tutto il personale: gentili e sorridenti Camera ( la nostra exclusive ) vista montagna spaziosa e moderna. Alcune pecche: abbiamo prenotato un matrimoniale… ci siamo trovati due letti singoli uniti, è stato fastidioso. Doccia un po’ datata e con segni d’usura. Nota di merito per i cuscini. Spa ottima. Sauna e bagno turco in particolare. Unica nota negativa la temperatura troppo bassa per la piscina interna. Ristorante interno all hotel ottimo, mangiato molto bene Colazione variegata. Tuttavia la scelta del salato è molto ristretta ( solo cotto e crudo con formaggi). Sarebbe stato gradito uova, pancetta e qualcosa di più tipico della zona. Nel complesso un ottima esperienza

Excellent all-round hotel

If you’re staying in this area then I thoroughly recommend this hotel. It’s clean, modern, the staff are very friendly and speak good English, and the breakfast is very nice. My room was spacious, and I didn’t see so much as a speck of dust.

Per sfuggire alla calura estiva, abbiamo però trovato la camera senza aria condizionata. Per fortuna la sera si rinfresca, ma ho dovuto dormire con vetri e tende oscuranti aperti. Centro benessere carino, piccola piscina, con giardino, frutta e tisane. A disposizione accappatoi, teli, e ciabattine. Colazione a buffet con tutto quello che si può desiderare. Ristorante molto chic, con piatti della zona e non, molto raffinati. Personale squisito. Ci tornerei

L'hotel è veramente gestito perfettamente. Pulizia, professionalità, cortesia, massima qualità sono solo alcune caratteristiche che tutto il personale mette a disposizione degli ospiti. Camere pulite e ben arredate (consiglio la doppia exclusive perché è veramente spaziosa. Tenendo conto che viaggivamo con bimbo di 3 anni e cane è stata una scelta azzeccatissima) cibo assolutamente perfetto (colazione pranzo e cena). Personale super qualificato in ogni servizio della struttura (reception, ristorante bar, spa ecc) tutti gentilissimi. Abbiamo soggiornato per due volte primavera e inverno per 3 notti e non vediamo l'ora di tornare. Al mattino c'è l'accesso libero alla spa anche per i bambini e questo ci ha salvato nelle giornate con tempo non favorevole. Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura sotto tutti i punti di vista (anche vicinanza con parco giochi e centro paese)

Pausa relax a pochi km da Milano

Bella struttura in una tranquilla zona di montagna a breve distanza da Milano, personale molto cortese. Peccato per la SPA con acqua della piscina un po' fredda (per essere una spa) e con accesso consentito ai bambini solo la mattina: capisco la scelta, ma la fascia oraria (fino alle 12.30) è davvero limitata.

Struttura alberghiera bella. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Camere in ordine e pulite ma, nella mia, la pulizia della vasca da bagno lasciava a desiderare. Lo scarico era con evidenti tracce di ruggine, lo smalto del fondo era scrostato con croste sullo scarico ed il silicone sui bordi aveva la muffa in alcuni punti. Il ristorante "il caminone" offre ottimi piatti anche se un po' troppo cari rispetto ad altri ottimi ristoranti nei pressi.

Overrated

Om the positive side: Good size room if upgraded to a room with balcony. Negative: Reception is tiny, partly hidden behind a wall hence difficult to locate. Connected to the "lobby" is a kindergarten. It is at times impossible to talk with the attendant due to notice. Resturant is partly covered with a worn dirty carpet. Reminds me of an old East European hotel. Elderly homes in nearby cities is using the hotel in the summer. Many (and there is a lot) of the old people have hearing issues hence the noise level in the resturant is extremely high. Breakfast is not worth the price. We did not even consider having diner here. There are nice restaurants a short walk away. This hotel is overrated. 2 stars is more correct.

A nice place to relax. The shower plumbing wasn't working properly so water went everywhere and it wasn't a great shower to begin with but the people were so nice and it was a nice place to read and enjoy the mountain views and food was good (it's Italy!).

Mordi e fuggi in montagna

La location è appena fuori dal centro dell'incantevole paesino di Bratto, in una zona silenziosa e tranquilla. Abbiamo pranzato nel ristorante dell'Hotel dove gentilezza e qualità del servizio sono semplicemente fenomenali. Gli amanti del buon vino troveranno la cantina più rifornita di tutta la valle. Prendete poi il caffè o un aperitivo nella Lounge o rilassatevi nella SPA. E' una esperienza che non dimenticherete facilmente. La camera è spaziale, grande, comodidissima, bel bagno e una spa compresa nel prezzo al piano terra!! Straconsiglio questo Hotel!!

Pessimo. Già stati in questo albergo, ci è venuta l'idea di riprenotare. All'arrivo ci è stato detto che ci omaggiavano della spa e noi abbiamo pure ringraziato. Peccato che nessuno ci abbia detto che saremmo finiti in una dependance vecchia e sporca, ben diversa del corpo principale dell'albergo di nostra memoria. La stanza, infatti, sicuramente era una bella stanza negli anni Ottanta. Gli impianti, infatti, sono ancora gli stessi: niente aria condizionata, né wifi, seppure fossero considerati esistenti all'atto della prenotazione. Fili penzolanti qui e là, controsoffitto sporco e in disordine. Illuminazione del bagno funzionante a metà. Il primo giorno hanno scordato di rifarci la stanza che è stata riassettata solo dopo nostra richiesta. Parcheggio minimo e non sempre disponibile. Capisco che l'albergo si muova su due piani ben distinti: da una parte la clientela trentennale e dall'altra i clienti occasionali. Il trattamento degli uni e degli altri è agli antipodi. Il costo? Assolutamente esagerato: viaggiamo parecchio e peraltro venivamo da un ottimo albergo a Trento città il cui costo era maggiore di soli 5 euro al giorno in due. Imparagonabile. Non abbiamo utilizzato la spa, perchè ci siamo trovati talmente male e tanto discriminati da non avere mai voglia di utilizzare le parti comuni. Non abbiamo questionato su nulla, semplicemente mai più.

Very good hotel, nice area and friendly staff

Superb hotel and very friendly staff. Nice area with lots of fine hiking routes. Very good restaurant and a nice SPA at the hotel. The only thing to remark was the lack of air condition in the room despite the fact that it said AC on the room details when I booked. It turned out it is two separat buildings and the one we got our room had no AC. It was unusally warm when we was there. I gues it is very rear that AC is necessary.

Stunning decor,very big rooms ,breathtaking views of the mountains highest quality facilities,the biggest & most amazing wooden bath tub with views of the mountains !! Stunning food .And a very luxurious Spa to top it off - we didn't want to leave! The most friendly and helpful staff . Had the most Amazing time!! And already planning a Summer visit & stay . Highly recommend .

Delusione...

Prima volta x noi in quest'albergo. Struttura molto bella e appariscente, soprattutto la sala/bar comune vicino alla reception. Camere curate e pulite. Cena a prezzo fisso (35 euro) con buffet, primo e secondo (Bevande escluse). Lato dolente - la colazione: ho assistito a scene imbarazzanti, soprattuto per un hotel di questo livello: mancanza di tavoli liberi con persone (famiglie) in piedi ad aspettare, tavoli liberati e non puliti se non dopo riptetute richieste, Buffet scarso come quantità (non per qualità, ci tengo a sottolinearlo) e non sufficiente per le persone presenti in sala, tempi biblici per avere un cappuccino o un caffe. Davvero un peccato.

Hotel spendido

Siamo stati per un weekend rilassante siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti dell' hotel e del servizio tutti molto cordiali e simpatici sempre a disposizione abbiamo mangiato al ristorante dell'hotel con dei buffet ricchi gustosi. colazioni ottime e ricche anche il bar molto bello con aperitivi fantastici. la spa veramente carina ci ritorneremo sicuramente
