Service was good old Japanese style, though mentioning that no cleaning for the day but asking for coffee and new towels did not work. Would have given a higher rating except that the tv in the bathroom, the light and control in the jacuzzi was broken. "Very nice staff and nice spacious rooms. Only down side is it's not very close to any transit so it's a bit of a pain to get around. But there is a 24/7 grocery store right behind the hotel which I found to be wonderful."
"The smoking room smelled like a smoking room but ventilation was good. The front desk staff were exactly as described. So friendly! Parking was great. "

"This hotel gave us a surprise if its room size which is bigger than expected. There are also chairs with coffee table in the room which is rare in most of the hotel rooms in Japan. Hotel’s breakfast is fantastic and hotel owner is really putting lots of efforts and heart in its hospitality to all guests."
