"One of the best hotels we stayed in Banff. Highly recommended. The room has the vibe of Japanese minimalism, beautifully designed, very functional and clean. Hot tub was cozy and had a view. Staff service was very helpful giving us utensils and refills of oat milk and tea."

"The rooms were contract as were the beds. This hotel is located near the end of the town, about a 15 minute walk to town. They do provide you with complimentary shuttle poses to use the towns bus service to get around. There is no place to eat, so you must go elsewhere for all of your meals. We parked in the underground lot and left the car there for the duration of our stay, using the buses to get around."

"The people were incredibly nice and helpful!! The receptionist, Stephanie, was very helpful and friendly. She made sure we knew where everything was, she fired up the Sauna, fired up the Fire Pit outside the dining area and made some very good recommendations for dinner locations nearby. The deer out front was a unique welsome! They looked at us and eventually got up and went to a more restful area. The breakfast was incredible. The library was extraordinarily homey and warm. The sitting areas were neatly arranged and convenient. The flowers were well cared for and blooming (what the deer did not eat, LOL). The place was decorated throughout with incredible art displays and good taste. The rooms were very comfortable and well decorated."
