It was a really nice stay. Very nice property and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that needs to improve is the off hour service/ response. The heater stopped working sometimes overnight in -18 degree. Nobody gets back to us when we asked for help. Not until the front desk back on duty at 0830..

Look no further. These chalets might not me the modern high end chalets you’d expect, but they are clean, comfortable and practical for any getaway. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside is that they are close to the train tracks, but they do provide ear plugs. Honestly, the trains didn’t bother us at all.

The cabin is right on the Bow Valley Parkway with great scenery nearby and near both Banff and Lake Louise. Maybe due to restrictions of Park Canada, the kitchen in the cabin does not have a dish washer, which caused a little inconvenience. Another improvement I would suggest is to update the foldable mattress in the sofa bed as it always makes noises when someone moves or turns while sleeping.

Too noisy, freqyent horning each hour as train passing by. Some chalet are old & too small in size. e.g. house 13.

It was a nice stay. But 2 thing you must to know: the place is near the railroad and every so often a train passes by and blows its horn day and night. It’s terrible. We stayed 3 nights and one time they change some towels but not cleaning the cabin at all.

Great location, easy day trips to many popular sites. Room was sufficient. Only downside was the pullout wasn’t the most comfortable and the trains close by are loud. But otherwise very happy with our stay. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Great location!
Our cabin was a great home base for exploring Banff, Yoho, and Lake Louise area. Bed was comfortable, water was hot, and location was peaceful. We loved the soap from Rocky Mountain Soap Company! Negatives: Shower dripped on the faucet and splashed on the floor while filling bathtub which was annoying. Also we had issues with the cleaning crew every day we were there. One day we came back and the trash had been tied up and left in the middle of the floor by the kitchen table. Another day, we came in and every light in the cabin was on (we had turned them all off). We came back another day and there were two big pieces of trash on the floor in the living area. We are assuming they fell out of the trash bags when being emptied. The final incident was when we came back at 4:30 pm and housekeeping had not been there yet. They knocked on the door at 5:00. We just handed our dirty towels out and asked for clean ones. Perhaps better training of the housekeeping crew would lead to a more efficient process.

Loved that you had Rocky Mountain soap products instead of cheap generic ones. The chalet was clean and cozy, front staff was very friendly.
