"A Fantastic hotel slap bang in the middle of Limerick High Street. Superb clean/quiet rooms, quality food and extra friendly staff."

"Lift broke down several times. Tv did not work despite management trying it fix it. Food was shocking so much my partner got violently ill. Despite checking in with credit card we were required to pay for each item. When leaving staff brought luggage coatkeys left in room and taxi back to pick up. Disaster rm 238"
