For the undemanding.

Fantastic location. Everywhere nearby. We were in December, so the radiators were a big plus, which were only on the first day, but there was also air conditioning that could be heated at night. Towels not changed even once for a 3 night stay. The room was only cleaned once (after the second night). The big downside was the terrible stench upon entering the hotel. The smell was no longer felt in the room.

Good for price but do not expect much

They told us that checkin is available since 9pm however there was nobody in 8pm. I had to call staff and thankfully she explained to me how to make self checkin. That was not a good start however the next day they kindly offered a free breakfast. Bed was not comfortable however, all other stuff was nice. lady in the reception was so kind , and helpful.

The property was dirty with rusted shower head, broken lights, dirty shower tray, cigarettes in the toilet, marks on wall, open roof hatch, broken door and marked bedding. The room smelt strongly of smoke and the windows were dirty. We did not stay and had to find alternative accommodation. The bed could not be used as it was so dirty and the shower unsafe. I have stayed in basic hotels before but this was dirty, smelly and unsafe.

I purposely booked a hotel rather than another rental for this first night as I wanted a front desk on staff. There was No One there upon arrival. We had to call someone via what's ap. Luckily my phone worked internationally or we would have been unable to get in. Once in, we were asked when we wanted breakfast, so we set it up for 8am. Again the next morning, no one was present at the front desk. in fact no one was there our entire stay. We ended up leaving the keys in the room. Also the air conditioner in the room was basically non functional. We had it set to 16 degrees and it felt like 24 the entire time. We were able to open the windows in the middle of the night but in the early morning hours they began setting up the market on the street below, so due to noise we had to close those again. Overall pick somewhere else. This is not a true hotel at all.

A localização é boa, perto de muitas coisas. O café da manhã é bem simples mesmo. A recepção foi tranquila. O banheiro tinha um cheiro ruim, principalmente se deixasse a ventilação funcionando. Quarto com ar e tv.

Market under widows every day atound 5 am wake up. Not frendly staff. Not cleaning 4-5 days. Ask always towels change. Not happy about any service. Di not speak or understand english. Ask always cash for coffee 3 times expensive .never usrd breakfast. Just go to cafee across 2 min. City tax asked to pay in cash 3 euro per night and person . But city tax is 1.5 euro we found out.

Qualità prezzo scadente in posizione ottima

Camera e bagno freddissimi nonostante avessimo acceso il condizionatore/invertitore a 30gradi. Letto poco confortevole. Tende rotte e sporche e poco oscuranti. La posizione é fantastica. I gestori potrebbero fare di meglio.

Alors, l'hôtel n'a pour lui que son emplacement dans la ville. Beaucoup d'endroit son accessible depuis l'hôtel à une trentaine de minutes à pied (parfois moins). Voilà c'est tout le positif à dire. L'ascenseur laisse la place à 1 personne plus valise, j'ai dû me battre chaque fois que je voulais fermé la porte de la chambre, selon comment je l'ai fermé rien qu'en poussant la porte je pouvais ouvrir la chambre ce qui m'a poussé à bloqué la porte avec une chaise quand on dormait. Mensonge dans les caractéristiques de l'hôtel, rien n'est insonorisé. Les draps étaient relativement propre (légère poussière dessus), j'ai trouvé un ongle sur ma table de nuit, nombreuses tâches sur les murs, parquet ravagé à certains endroit, les serviettes de bain avaient une odeur de saucisson, plus aucun joint dans la salle de bain, douche minuscule, le meuble où reposer le lavabo était déchiré à certains endroit, la cuvette des toilettes était pas à la bonne taille par rapport au WC ce qui rendait l'assise inconfortable. Bref sacré 3* cet hôtel.

Hôtel dans quartier pas très bien fréquenté mais en plein centre . Réceptionniste pas agréable . Chambre qui sent le tabac froid (rideaux et dessus de lit ) et nous attendons toujours notre petit déjeuner …… soit disant le petit déjeuner était servi à partir de 6h30 mais nous avons attendu jusqu’à 7h15 sans personne et aucun accès possible à un buffet . Scandaleux . Jamais personne dans cet hôtel désaffecté …. Il y a un frigo.

L'hotel Catania Town tre stelle non solo non è un tre stelle ma nemmeno un hotel. No capisco come abbia ottenuto le 3 stelle, non capisco alcune recensioni positive che ho letto. Ho prenotato rassicurato dalle tre stelle, dalle foto delle camere e dalla posizione centrale e dai controlli che Hotelcom pensavo facesse, invece, arrivato sul posto ho verificato che l'unica cosa buona "vera" era la posizione centrale (anche se in zona mercato molto rumorosa), per il resto ho trovato una situazione e una struttura vergognosa, assolutamente non da hotel ma pessima anche come pensione di bassa categoria, con camere brutte, sporche e con forte odore di fumo, per niente corrispondenti alle foto.
