The property is in a safe location and the room I had was better than I expected with great service from the cleaning team and some stand out members of staff who went above and beyond. One ruder lady at reception on the last day when I asked for an itemised bill and just to warn other guests; there is a $100 a night holding fee for damages as well as $35 property credit that must be spent in the hotel and if you don’t use it, you still get charged for it.

Great location in soho, close enough to walk to many other communities. Little Italy, china town, broad street shopping, noho and many more! Quick cab up to Bryant park and the macys herald square! And food everywhere!

Nice trendy hotel. Decent sized room for NY. Nice they had free NA Bevs in the fridge. The beds were ok, could’ve been a bit firmer and also add a top sheet but overall convenient location and they had a nice looking bar/ restaurant onsite
