"The property is located in the historic center of San Marino. It’s quite an uphill climb, so those with mobility issues might consider elsewhere. Otherwise, the bathroom was excellent, and the hotel was clean. I forgot a Bluetooth speaker in my room, and the staff called me within 5 minutes and met me at the gate to the center, so I didn’t have to drag my luggage back up the hills. Excellent service. "

"This property is located about 100 yards from the Bonelli bus stop. It’s a bit of a walk to towers but any visitor to San Marino should expect a lot of walking. There is a tourist train stop right outside the hotel but I have no information on the schedule or cost. The room was small but fine for a solo traveler. The front desk was always helpful. Although the breakfast was not included, I think it was worth the $12. The osteria next door had excellent food at a reasonable price. Outside...

"Hotel was beautiful. It was clean and safe. Only two things I would note that was both minor was 1) The shower head had a lot of limescale in it, I had to break it up to get the shower to flow evenly 2) I felt that the gentleman that ran the restaurant was standoffish The reception team and housekeeping team were extremely welcoming and engaging and San Marino is an absolute beautiful place. Favourite place on my trip of 7 countries "

"The place itself was fine for our needs; however, I do have concerns over the welfare of the animals on site. The donkey enclosure was small, full of faeces, and had no fresh grass for the donkeys. There are numerous birds gulls? a rabbit, at least 3 ducks all in an enclosure, with very water. Not a natural or good environment for them!!! I will be looking at animal welfare laws in San Marino, and contacting the appropriate people over this. "

"Simple, modernized hotel. They go any length to make sure youre comfortable. Great customer service. We were leaving too early to enjoy breakfast, so the receptionist packed us up some croissants to grab ob our way out. The beach is a couple minutes away, an easy walk. AC is key controlled (must have key inserted in room for it to be on so if you leave for a bit; your ac will be off while youre gone-- i dont prefer this because its not enjoyable to return to a warm room from a warm outside)....
