Hôtel très bien mais bug en cas d'arrivée tardive
Rien à redire sur l'hôtel en lui-même mais gros problème en cas d'arrivée après 21h00. Aucun appel de la réception pour transmettre le code à taper sur la borne le jour d'arrivée et bien sûr aucun code transmis à la réservation par email avant la date du séjour. Heureusement que la responsable a vu que quelqu'un galérait devant la borne car aucun numéro d'appel en cas d'urgence n'est affiché à l'extérieur. Cerise sur le gâteau, j'ai reçu 3 fois par jours, durant 3 jours, le code de réservation par email ...... mais après le séjour !!! Il doit bien sûr s'agir d'un bug informatique, par contre, l'absence d'appel de l'hôtelier le jour de notre arrivée, comme cela se faire toujours, n'est malheureusement pas à mettre sur le dos de ce bug .
