"The property was clean, room clean. Newer shower. Carpet was worn & there was a stain on the ceiling. The pool wasn't open or operational which was why I had originally booked it so we only stayed 1 night. It was very affordable & convenient to the park & area attractions. I would rate it good value. An older property that could use an update. "

"We arrived too late at night to go snywhere else. The buildings are falling apart, with old broken furniture outside the rooms. Our room had dried blood in the bathroom and on one of the beds. The door kmob was broken so we pushed a chair against it. Someone came knocking on our door looking for someone else. Its more of place that people rent a room monthly than nightly"

"Very nice little home. Reminded me of my grandparents old farm house. Great location for exploring the area. Easy to walk into downtown. Park is really close for little ones. Try Cave City Pizza. It was great! It was missing the futon in the second bedroom but the bunk beds were good."
