"Can’t say enough about this oasis of a property and the property owners! Sara was super responsive and a joy to get to know while we stayed here. The home is very clean and well-maintained- very comfortable. We rented the main house which the upper level apartment for a very reasonable cost. If the whole home is rented, 8 people can stay here very comfortably. Close to grocery stores and train stations too. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The property is stunning but Is not completely finished. The host was very nice and responsive. The place was very clean. The showers are extremely small and the basement has issues with dampness. A dehumidifier would help immensely. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay."

"The person who met us to hand over the keys was very friendly and welcoming and location was fine eg proximity to coloseum for instance. However there were a few disappointing elements about the apartment eg mouldy shower curtains, blocked drains, no lid on the garbage bin, only 1 toilet roll/bathroom for a 4 night stay, flaking paint on window sills. It was an expensive apartment for what was provided and not in a particularly high standard of repair."

"We spent a very comfortable week in this lovely house. Alfonso, the owner, was a great host and was always responsive and helpful. The area where the house is located seems undiscovered but very beautiful and remains unspoilt by tourists. A day trip to Rome was very easy via a nearby railway station (€6 return). "We had such a great time at Stefani’s home. We had been in Europe for 3 weeks with our 9 year old and this was the perfect place to relax for 5 days before we headed home to the states. The pool and home were spotless and we loved the location away for the crowds of Rome but close enough (30 min) drive to colosseum and all sites in Rome. Renalto was also amazing and always available. Highly recommend! We look forward to returning with more friends and family."

Just perfect

"I have seen many bad reviews about this hotel but I can now actually recommend it if you are looking for something outside the city centre, peaceful, convenient. The service is great: quick support (email or in person), kind and helpful. Rooms have all the essentials, also for families. Beds are quite comfy. If you need a crib just request it and it will be there, a good size cot. Good quality shampoo and shower gel. We used the hotel carpark rather than the free one and it's so much easier as it's underground. "

"Lovely hotel ! It’s not in the center of Rome but is close enough to a TrenItalia stop so it is easy to navigate . The only issue I had was that they don’t have self service laundry and the closest restaurants in the area are a bit of walk . Still , I had a very nice stay and the breakfast room was pretty good . "
