"Room was beautiful and modern bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Other guests were loud agressive - a security guard was loudly attending to “Sean” at 3 am as he’d been disturbing everyone with drunken behaviour. Took ages to get back to sleep."

Nice getaway but improvements could be made
"We received a nice welcome at the reception desk and told we should be able to check in early so went to the bar and had a drink whilst we waited. The bar staff were quite chaotic and disorganized. When we entered our room it smelt very musty almost as though someone has been smoking in the room. ..."

Misdescribed, and unsafe
"Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing ..."
