"We were a group of 5 female adults who stayed in this beautiful house for 4 nights. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We arrived in Cavtat at noon and were shown to the house where we could leave our luggage and head down the numerous steps to the harbour to have lunch until check in at 4. The host messaged at 3.30 to let us know the house was ready. The house is beautiful with plenty of space inside and out. It is clean, well furnished and the views are simply stunning. "Small quaint hotel right in the middle of Old Town Dubrovnik. Clean. Very small balcony but too hot to even have the door open. Had one torrential rainstorm for almost 12 hours and the roof then leaked. No damage done but it could have had we had our suitcase in the water drop area cause it stained the white towels from the varnish on the wood beams. Hopefully they have fixed the problem. "

"Truly perfect location within the city walls. Short walk with luggage, so that was no an issue. The property itself has only stairs, no elevator, but that was once again, not an issue. Recommendation - because the location is phenomenal, make sure to walk the walls as soon as they open. Wonderful property. "

Jelena was easy to communicate with by WhatsApp, had great restaurant recommendations for us (truly seconds from the front door), and the Konzum in the nearest square was easy to find - it was nice to have a quiet breakfast in the apartment before heading out for the day. Bathrooms were modern and giant. Wifi worked well. A great fit for us with two toddlers. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thanks Jelena! "

"The apartment was a really great size, with huge balcony. Very convenient to the tourist bus for old town, and there are various places close to get groceries, food, or enjoy a drink. The host very kindly stayed up for a late check in due to our flight being delayed. Would stay here again. "

But needing a few very minor repairs (tighten the fridge door panel, ensure the curtains are hanging properly - hooks undone) ... small and minor stuff to keep it in perfect order. "In the old town up steep stairs, however our host greeted us and carried two heavy suitcases to the apartment. It was spacious. Shower leaked but extra towels provided. Clean and comfortable."

"Andrea was very helpful. Let us check out late as it is low season in November. Beds were comfortable. I can imagine it is loud in the summer but since we were here in November being so close to the main street was actually great. "

"Fabulous hotel with exceptional staff and facilities. We were upgraded to a Deluxe room overlooking the sea, the view was incredibly beautiful at sunrise. The pianist playing at breakfast and during the evening was very relaxing. The spa, indoor pool and other facilities were excellent. Even though it was November we were able to swim in the sea and the outdoor pool. The hotel is in a great location for the old town and also for the port and some other beaches up the coast. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxury stay in Dubrovnik."

"I wouldnt recommend walking to the hotel with huge bags. Get taxi or bus. It is on a hill, serviced by local buses. But the hotel itself is great, staff fantastic and just close enough (20-30) min walk between Old Town and where all the other hotels are in Lapad (30 mins other directon). Released pleased we books this hotel rather than one further out in Lapad ."
