The only downfall was when we went to order breakfast for them to deliver to the room, they took over an hour because they overlooked our order; plus they went to the wrong room. Their main focus was on a catering event they had. My suggestion is that they need to remember other guests as well"

"The property is conveniently located, and has a nice pool and rooftop lounge area. I checked into a regular room, but there was an issue with the air conditioning. Ivan at the front desk was very helpful and promptly set me up in a different room.. which I especially appreciated since it was an upgrade to a large studio apartment room. Ivan was also extremely helpful in providing directions, tips, and activities for me to do on the island. I would stay at this property again! "
