"Property is pretty south on the south side. Newer place, that was beautiful. No resturant on site currently. Bar in lobby. Couple issues we had; the bathroom doors are sliding barndoor style- 6 inches in width to short on eachside leaving gaps...ours would not stay shut constantly rolling open. I brought this to the reception and owners attention immediately. Day 4 it was addressed, but only stayed shut half the time. Quite an issue when traveling with someone other than family. Doors are impossible to lock & unlock.. our room was left unlocked half the stay. Other issue was the snotty reception and her "towel" issues. You check beach towels out, return for new ones. After a torrential downpour we tried exchanging them to be scolded like children that "it hasnt been 24 hours yet". I also had to ask her for room towels as we were given 2 (for 3 guests).. This interaction was overheard by owner who did rectify it and told her to at least give us enough for number of guests. It was quite ridiculous. Also had "management" in our room unauthorized while we were out one day- we were told by another hotel guest. (Unrelated to fixing door). This is a nice place, quiet.. but a bit over priced for no privacy and to be reprimanded/stingy about towels! "

"Hotel was centrally located and had a nice pool area and a small private beach with chairs. It was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed my stay there. They also had a fire pit that was lit each night and was a nice place to sit and enjoy after dinner."

"We had an amazing stay at Island Magic. All of the staff and owners were so friendly and so helpful to ensure you had the best experience while on the island. Rain or quick tropical shower they are sure make you smile and have an enjoyable day. Transportation to other restaurants on the North Side were available. You can rent bikes from the hotel to explore the island. Great option to get to Bliss Beach. The units are big; great for long stays and families. "

"Right on the beach and we had our own little hut right by the pool. It was perfect and we loved it. AC in the room, coffee maker, full bathroom, fridge and microwave. Our towels were made into swans in a heart shape when we got there too. Staff was so friendly and helpful."

"Beautiful hotel. Walking distance to everything. My only complaint was the door was a bit hard to lock and the only way to lock the room from the inside is to use a key, which can be a bit sketchy but otherwise, a very nice hotel with wonderful staff. "

"The moment we arrived at the blue Zen. We were taken back by the beauty our room overlooked the shining sea, which was such a joy to wake up to every morning. Our apartment had two beds, two bathrooms and a huge eatin kitchen. The tiki bar by the pool had very good food and cocktails and wines and Mex the great bartender oh yes, made all our choices easy. The boat ride back-and-forth to the south was easy and always accessible... we really enjoyed ourselves thanks blue Zen for a great few days."
