"My husband and I stayed at this property for 36 days.This is a very nice property. Quiet neighborhood and nice location. The owner seems like a very nice guy. The only problem we experienced was the couch and loveseat. It is very worn down and uncomfortable. We propped pillows in bed and watched TV in there because it was so uncomfortable. I complained to Sylvia the property manager the first week we were there and was told she would tell the owner. I found out from the owner the last few days...

"Most properties are still in bad shape from hurricanes. Paradise cove in lemon bay looks great , no signs of damage. Owner was great and seen him out doing improvements daily. Pool coming soon. Highly recommend Paradise Cove if you’re truly looking to relax in peace and comfort. Everything you need is also here as far as laundry room and stores that you can walk to. Also private beach and fishing which my dog and I used daily. Thanks Paradise Cove "

"Jessie was a great host. He alway responded quickly when we would contact him. (That wasn’t very often). His condo was very clean and it was completely supplied with everything anyone would need plus more. We would love to stay here again. We rode our bikes every day a. The condo was in an area where there were many excellent restaurants within a short drive. "

"Only stayed for a few days but didn't want to leave. The cottage was very nice for the two of us, just the right size and the walk to the beach was not a problem. We did not drive (and use the beach pass) and walked it twice a day. Everything about the stay was fabulous and the beach was amazing (shells, Shells and MORE SHELLS) and there was almost no one there. We walked for miles along the beach and saw, at most, maybe 20 other people. "
